Taylor Swift's landmark mansion has been a great attraction to many unwanted visitors. After three intruders were arrested in April 2018, the singer is planning to tighten the security of her Beverly Hill's home.

Swift purchased the property back in 2015. She went through extreme measures to renovate the building, which was built in 1934. Known as the Samuel Goldwyn Estate, Swift applied to the Beverly Hills' Cultural Heritage Commission to have the home designated as a Local Historic Landmark in 2017. This brought up some challenges for the singer as she had to apply for a permit to build a 6.5ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7ft high retaining wall by her tennis court to keep trespassers at bay. As a landmark, it was not easy for Swift to make any change to the property. However, Daily Mail says that since the wall doesn't impact the "integrity" of the building, Swift was granted the permission.

The house has seen many break-in attempts despite the singer's efforts to keep her home safe. On April 11, 2018, a man named Justin Lilly was trying to scale Swift's high wall. He was yelling the singer's name loudly while trying to set foot into Swift's compound. Thankfully, the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer was not home at the time. Swift's guards gave the man several warnings before calling the police. The D.A charged him with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property.

A 38-year-old Colorado man was arrested for trespassing three days after the previous incident. He was an alleged stalker who was found with "an empty gun holster, live rounds of ammunition, latex gloves, black gloves, a knife and multiple types of masks, black rope, Rx medication, and psychologist paperwork," according to TMZ. The man, Julius Sandrock, said that he drove all the way to see Swift at her own property. He was wearing mask and gloves at the time that he was arrested.

The third man actually succeeded in his break-in. Roger Alvarado brought a ladder to climb over the wall. He then got into Swift's house, took a shower, and got comfortable enough to fall asleep on the singer's bed. A witness saw him called the police. The intruder was arrested right inside Swift's house. He was charged with stalking, burglary, and criminal mischief.

It was lucky that Swift wasn't at home during any of the intrusion. Hopefully, her new-and-improved wall will keep creepers at bay.
